Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Review: Full specs, Features, Price!

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

Samsung has once again pushed the boundaries of smartphone design with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, a stunning addition to the S25 series that strikes a perfect balance between the high-end S25 Ultra and the versatile Plus models.

Positioned as a flagship with a focus on ultra-thin elegance, the S25 Edge boasts a 5.8mm-thin titanium frame—making it Samsung’s slimmest Galaxy S phone yet—while packing a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a buttery-smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

The Galaxy S25 Edge was released on May 29, 2025.

Priced between the S25+ and S25 Ultra the S25 Edge caters to users who crave premium performance without bulk, though it does make some trade-offs. See full specs below.

This phone lacks the telephoto lens found in other flagships due to space constraints, which would compromise its main purpose—being the thinnest phone on the market.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Features (additional)

Like all Galaxy S-series phones, this device features an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader for security.

You do get NFC for using the phone to do contactless payments with linked bank cards. Bluetooth version is the latest 5.4, A2DP, LE.

Galaxy S25 Edge Battery Capacity

Samsung’s idea of making the thinnest phone has come at a huge expense when it comes to battery.

S25 Edge has 3900mAh battery capacity, which is smaller than the S25 base model. This means it will need a recharge every 12 hours with light use, and more often with heavy use.

Charging specs:

  • 25W wired charging using USB Type C
  • 15W wireless charging

This means that Samsung Galaxy S25 edge has the smallest battery and slowest charging speed in the Galaxy S family.

Price of S25 Edge

The phone’s starting price from Samsung is from $1,099.99 before trade-ins in the US. There may be a price drop from other retailers as the time goes on. Prices may differ in different regions.
